i'm looking for a digital artist to color a picture for me in a collaboration.

she's wearing high boots,which i suspect to be made of red leather.i also envisioned her to be blond.
those are my only requests.red boots and blond hair.everything else is up to you.
i would really like to color this pic,but i don't have any form of digital media in which to color it myself.
